The 13th Annual IJGH Bike Giveaway

As kids, co-founders Justin Martin and David Godsey shared a bicycle. They called it “our bike”. The adventures they shared in their youth have inspired them to provide the children in our community with the same sense of freedom and belonging that owning a bike can bring.

This annual holiday event has given IJGH the opportunity to provide over 2,800 kids with brand new bicycles just in time for Christmas.

Justin Martin, David Godsey, IJustGotHit and 97.9 The Beat are thrilled to host this year’s IJGH Bike Giveaway!

Winners will be notified by December 15, 2023. If you are a lucky winner, you will be invited to join us for a morning of fun, food and entertainment on Saturday, December 16 to collect your bike. Winners will be contacted via phone call and/ or text message.

In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

Promotion: Christmas Bike Giveaway

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on Saturday, November 25, 2023 and ends on Friday, December 15, 2023.

Entry Methods: There are two Entry Methods:
o On-Air
o Online
Number of Entries Participants may submit no more than one (1) Entry, regardless off Entry Method.

Entry Information Listeners may enter via either the On-Air or Online method by following the instructions in the “Entry Method” section of the General Rules, with the following modifications:

On-Air:
• The announcements to call in will be in the form of Bike Giveaway Sounders. The 9th caller after the Bike Giveaway Sounder has aired will be declared a potential winner.
• Prior to the Bike Giveaway Sounder being played, the style and size of the bicycle being given away during that timeslot will be announced (see “Prizes” below for details). Winners entering on-air may not select the style and/or size of their Prize.
• Correct callers will be encouraged to provide a reason as to why their child deserves a new bicycle for Christmas. Providing a reason is optional and does not affect a caller’s chance of winning.

Online:
As a part of the registration process, participants must select which style and size bicycle they are entering for a chance to win (see “Prizes” below for details).

Entry Period: All Online Entries must be received by the Stations by 11:59 PM on Friday, December 15, 2023 or they will be void. The last day to enter On-Air will be Sunday, December 10, 2023.

Number of Winners: There will be One Hundred Ninety-One (191) winners (the “Winner(s)”) for this Promotion.

Winner Selection: On-Air Winners will be announced at the time of the phone call.

Online Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

Prize (ARV): • Each Winner will be awarded one (1) of the of the following bicycles, each valued at One Hundred Fifty Dollars (ARV $150):

 Forty-Eight (48) bicycles in the following style/size:
o Style: Boys’
o Size: 20 inches

 Forty-Eight (48) bicycles in the following style/size:
o Style: Boys’
o Size: 26 inches

 Forty-Eight (48) bicycles in the following style/size:
o Style: Girls’
o Size: 20 inches

 Forty-Seven (47) bicycles in the following style/size:
o Style: Girls’
o Size: 26 inches

• All Winners will an invitation to the Winners’ Event (the “Event”) and their families, to be held on Saturday December 16, 2023 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM at Dave & Busters, located at 9450 N. Central Expressway, Dallas TX 75231 (the “Venue”) (ARV $0).

Unless otherwise specified, the Prizes must be claimed in-person at the Event between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00am local time. Winners are solely responsible for the loading and transportation of the Prizes from the Event to their destination. Due to the inability to store prizes, winners who fail to claim their Prize during this time shall forfeit said Prize.
