Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Godsey Martin, P.C. is in search of individuals with the highest passion for people in the role of Pre-Litigation Case Manager to walk hand in hand with clients in the process of building value in cases, managing the progression of case files, and actively addressing all needs on cases in the best interest of Godsey Martin, P.C. clients while handling other daily responsibilities. Individuals successful at meeting expectations and objectives in this role will receive a competitive market pay and incentives throughout your tenure with the firm. Responsibilities:

• Complete initial calls within one (1) hour of receiving a case to confirm data, obtain additional information, educate clients, and set expectations
• Establish liability with insurance adjusters
• Request and/or follow up on any needed documentation
• Send out LOPs, LORs, and any other formal written communications on behalf of the firm
• Maintain a minimum of bi-weekly communications with clients to obtain and provide status updates
• Manage a high volume Personal Injury caseload through the treatment process
• Set up claims and liens with insurance companies

Qualified individuals will meet the below requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation cases (required)
• Minimum of one (1)year of experience in a customer service capacity for a service providing organization (required)
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven history of managing a caseload of 100 – 200 cases
• Needles Neos experience (a plus)
