Godsey Martin, P.C. is in search of individuals with a client first mentality, a collaborative teamwork spirit, a hunger for excellence, and a diligent work ethic in the role of Case Manager. This individual has extreme passion to be OF SERVICE to clients of the firm. The ideal candidate will have a “can do” and empathetic personality as to successfully achieve the required responsibilities of a Case Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete all initial calls within 24 hours of an assigned case
- Successfully complete bi-weekly communications with clients providing status updates and addressing concerns/issues
- Establish liability within 10 days of case assignment
- Send out Letters of Protection and Letters of Representation within 48 hours of assigned cases
- Set up claims and liens in a timely fashion
- Educate clients on process, expectations, and timelines appropriately
- Properly build value in the case damage model proactively and timely
To be considered for this role, a candidate MUST:
- Have proven customer service experience/skillsets
- Have exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment
- Experience as a Case Manager in a PI firm is a plus
- Be teachable
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Previous Neos Case Management Software experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
